Unfortunately, the amount of SPAM email, viruses, and pornographic ads has made email a real headache for many Internet users. With this in mind Peninsula Systems uses the same email server software as is used by NATO, the U.S. Navy, the FBI, Toyota, and branches of the U.S. Government.

You don't need to be a Peninsula Systems Internet Access subscriber to use our email server. We can and have set up email accounts for individuals, businesses, and other organizations that are not happy with their present email service. I just wanted to write to say "Nice Job!" I started noticing the "Probable Spam" tag on emails a couple of days ago, I figured it was spammers that were getting worried about complying with the new spam law in the works in IL, and a few other states. It's nice to see that the ISP that I've been with for years takes proactive steps to ensure a good experience for their customers. Most people, myself included, are very quick to complain when there's a problem. I figured that you might appreciate some positive feedback besides the check that I send.... Thanks again, it's nice to have the tag attached to the spam emails.

Just to let you know how neat it was to not have any SPAM for a whole day! Wow! I know I got three SPAM last night and three this morning, but that is nothing like the 50 to 100 I had been receiving before. Whatever you're doing, I like it. I could find my six GOOD email so easily, and I didn't wear out my delete button yesterday.
